After years of working closely with seniors and their families, we saw how overwhelming housing decisions, downsizing, appointments, and major life transitions can become—especially when families are unsure where to begin.
Our careers in senior living gave us valuable experience and insight, but we often felt limited by the boundaries of our roles and by how many people we could support. We founded Next Phase Navigators to extend that support beyond a single community or stage of the journey—giving us the freedom to help more seniors and families across a broader range of needs.
We created Next Phase Navigators to offer something more personal: independent, compassionate guidance without commissions or pressure. We take the time to listen, explain options clearly, coordinate helpful resources, and support each client at their own pace.
